Register (and pay 1 year's rental on) a .co.uk domain name for you, so that you have exclusive use of it (see Note 1)
Build for you a web site of up to 2 pages(see Note 2 )
Integrate the page text you supply
Integrate up to 9 graphics you supply
Publish the site to the web so that visitors can find it
Submit your site to principal search engines
Provide minor web page updating (including minor changes to text) for the first 3 months (not exceeding 1 hour per month)

Note 1. Subject to availability of the .co.uk name.

Note 2. Two pages are enough for the majority of property sites. Additional pages, if desired, can be added at a cost of between £40 - £70, depending on their complexity
